Vino di Uve Stramature Rosso

Vino dolce, ottenuto dalla stra-maturazione in pianta di uve a bacca rossa tipiche nel comune di Diano d’Alba. Intenso aromatico persistente. Al naso presenta note eleganti in perfetta armonia di ciliegia, amarena, fragola stramatura. In bocca il vino appare equilibrato e di notevole struttura e presenta leggere note tanniche che rispecchiano molto bene il vitigno. Vino che dimostra eccellente attitudine alla maturazione. Abbinamenti: cioccolato ed i dolci realizzati con questo. Si accompagna bene anche con la pasticceria secca ed erborinati. Ottimo anche come vino da meditazione e da fine pasto.

Sweet wine, obtained from the ripening on the plant of the red berry vine typical in the town of Diano d’Alba. Persistent aromatic intense. At the nose has elegant notes in perfect harmony of cherry, black cherry, and ripened strawberry. In the mouth, wine appears balanced and of remarkable texture and has light tannic notes that reflect very well the vine. Wine with an excellent attitude to ripening.

Pairings: chocolate, and chocolate sweets. It also goes well with dry pastry and blue- veined cheeses. Excellent also as meditation wine and end meal.
